The family run business started in 1972 on Cotton Street East, Ashton-Under-Lyne by

husband and wife, PG and Lilawati Sachdev.

PG, lovingly called his wife Lily who used to prepare all the savouries daily by hand, which used to sell out fast. Gradually their family got involved and the business grew.

Lily passed away and the family set up the restaurant in her memory offering authentic Indian Vegetarian cuisine. At Lily's the staff are a part of the family and all the members take pride in their customers leaving happy and satisfied!

Lily's takes pride in being a leading Indian Vegan and Vegetarian Deli in the UK offering a wide variety of high-quality products to their customers. All the food items served are freshly prepared by experienced chefs, who have been recruited from the diffrent regions of India.
